apparel business selling made-to-order products fulfilled by third-party production partners.

1. Overview

Birdie Hut sells made-to-order apparel. Products are produced after an order is placed and may be shipped directly

from international production facilities.

2. Processing and Production Times

Production begins once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. Processing and production

timeframes shown on the website are estimates only.

Because products are manufactured to order, dispatch will not normally occur immediately after order placement.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on production schedules, courier networks, destination country, customs processing

and public holidays.

Any delivery timeframe shown on the website is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for

delays caused by courier performance, customs processing, transport disruption, adverse weather or events

beyond our reasonable control.

4. International Shipping

Orders may be shipped internationally from overseas fulfilment facilities. Customers should be aware that

international delivery may take longer than domestic UK delivery.

5. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import tax, VAT, handling fees or other local

charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not

included in the product price or shipping charge.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for failed

delivery, non-delivery, re-delivery charges or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

supplied by the customer.

If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, customers should contact us at

cmwr.81@gmail.com with their order number. We will assist where possible with tracking or carrier enquiries.

A delay does not automatically entitle a customer to cancel an order where the goods are already in production or

transit, unless cancellation or refund rights apply under law.
